Mark Weaver, an attorney, is a communications adviser with decades of experience. Previously, as deputy Ohio attorney general, he was responsible for crisis management and acted as chief spokesman. He is an adjunct faculty member at The Ohio State University College of Law, University of Akron and the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he is the author of the book “A Wordsmith’s Work.” Weaver has worked with several higher education institutions.
