Kim Infanti

Kim Infanti enjoys being a connector and finding new ways to foster relationships using social media. She is the Director of Strategic Communications and Digital Engagement in Syracuse University’s Office of Alumni Engagement. Prior to joining the alumni office, Kim oversaw alumni programs in Syracuse University’s Career Services office. One of her proudest accomplishments during that time was creating the @WorkingOrange Twitter handle, a concept that many peer institutions have since modeled.


Ellen Doepke

Ellen is Social Media Manager at Michigan State University. She oversees the official university-level social media accounts, which have more than a million followers. In her role, Ellen develops and implements university social media strategy, develops and manages the university’s social media editorial calendar, and identifies and creatively employs emerging social media trends and platform. Ellen is a 2009 graduate of Central Michigan University.


Tim Nekritz

Tim is Director of News and Media Services at SUNY Oswego. He oversees a team of professionals and students telling the stories of SUNY Oswego and also spearheads the college’s main channel social media efforts. Tim has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport and a master’s degree from SUNY Oswego.


Erin Supinka

Erin is Assistant Director of Digital Engagement at Dartmouth College. She collaborates with senior leadership in Dartmouth’s Office of Communications to find the most effective ways to disseminate key messages across digital platforms and tracks the success of those messages across multiple channels. Erin is a 2014 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
