That’s right, you heard it here first. Higher Ed Live will now broadcast through PlatformQ Education’s (PQE) Conduit webcasting platform.

In an effort to better reach and engage our community, we’ve recently entered into a partnership with PQE that allows us to leverage PQE’s Conduit online engagement platform. Conduit will serve as the new provider for webcasting, social media streaming, and live online chat during Higher Ed Live’s weekly live broadcasts. Look out for all of these exciting roll-outs throughout 2019!

PQE partners with nearly 200 colleges and universities to develop continuous online engagement strategies aligned with their enrollment and marketing priorities to support of conversion and yield of their recruitment efforts. Their partnership with Higher Ed Live is the latest in a series of strategic partnerships (including Strive for College and Ruffalo Noel Levitz) meant to provide broader support of student outcomes throughout the higher education industry.

What to Know

The first Higher Ed Live broadcast on the Conduit platform is, Un(der)employed in Student Affairs on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. EDT on the Student Affairs Live channel.

Four things to know before March 27:

  1. Interested in tuning into a broadcast live? Visit the broadcast landing page on the day of the broadcast and click the, “Register and Watch Live” button.
  2. Upon your first visit to the platform, you’ll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, and email address. Then you’ll be dropped in our Higher Ed Live Conduit platform.
  3. Once you register, you will not need to provide this information again to watch future broadcasts.
  4. The last six months of archived episodes can be found within Conduit.
