Adam Castro currently serves as the Vice President of Admissions at Mercy College, a private, multi-campus, comprehensive college in New York. His portfolio includes the areas of college admissions, marketing, branding, and analytics, and the Student Services Support Center. Prior to arriving at Mercy, Adam spent nearly fifteen years at Bloomfield College, the last seven as Vice President for Enrollment Management overseeing admissions, marketing, and financial aid. Adam is an active member of numerous organizations including the National Association of College Admission Counselors (NACAC), the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), and NAFSA: Association for International Educators. He is also co-host of Admissions Live, a monthly professional development program on the Higher Ed Live network. A New Jersey resident, Adam received his master’s degree in Public Administration from Kean University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from the Rutgers University School of Communication and Library Studies.

She is the Director of Marketing for Georgia State University College of Law. She has developed marketing strategies and directed implementation for the University of Virginia, Michigan State University, University of Michigan, University of Florida, and Walt Disney World. Amy has a B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Florida and is a University of Florida MBA Candidate. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her Basset Hounds, Chauncey Billups & Priscilla Presley.

Ashley speaks about college admissions, digital fundraising, communication and media technologies.

Chris D’Orso is the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the College at Brockport. A SUNY lifer, he has a B.A. from Geneseo, worked in student activities at Finger Lakes Community College and in admissions and orientation at Old Westbury, before joining Stony Brook, where he ran social media for one of the top public universities in the northeast. He also got his butt kicked on “Jeopardy!,” a defeat he rues to this day.

Heather Shea's career in student affairs spans 16+ years and five different campuses, and involves experience in many different functional areas including residence life, multicultural affairs, women’s centers, student activities, leadership development, and commuter/nontraditional student services–she is a true Student Affairs Generalist. Heather is currently serving as the assistant director of RISE (Residential Initiative on the Study of the Environment), a living-learning community at Michigan State University while also a full-time doctoral candidate in MSU's HALE (Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education) Program. Keith Edwards

Over the past 15 years Keith (he/him/his) has spoken and consulted at more than 150 colleges and universities, presented more than 150 programs at national conferences, and written more than 15 articles or book chapters on men’s identity, social justice education, and leadership. His research, writing, and speaking has received national awards and recognition including ACPA Dissertation of the Year and ACPA Diamond Honoree. His TEDx Talk on Ending Rape has been viewed around the world. Keith is also a certified executive and leadership coach for individuals who are looking to unleash their fullest potential. Keith was the Director of Campus Life at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN from 2007 – 2015 where he provided leadership for the areas of residential life, student activities, conduct, and orientation. He was an affiliate faculty member in the Leadership in Student Affairs program at the University of St. Thomas, where he taught graduate courses on diversity and social justice in higher education for 8 years.

Kim Infanti enjoys being a connector and finding new ways to foster relationships using social media. She is the Director of Strategic Communications and Digital Engagement in Syracuse University’s Office of Alumni Engagement. Prior to joining the alumni office, Kim oversaw alumni programs in Syracuse University’s Career Services office. One of her proudest accomplishments during that time was creating the @WorkingOrange Twitter handle, a concept that many peer institutions have since modeled.

Rob Zinkan

Rob Zinkan has been with Indiana University for 16 years and is currently in a system-wide role as associate vice president, marketing, where he leads Indiana University’s full-service internal marketing agency; works to develop, champion and deploy the university’s brand strategy; and acts as marketing liaison to the flagship campus leadership and marketing community. Previously, he worked at the campus level as vice chancellor for external affairs at Indiana University East and assistant dean for advancement at Indiana University–Purdue University Columbus (IUPUC). Rob earned his bachelor's degree from Wabash College, master's from Xavier University, and doctorate from Creighton University. He serves on the CASE Commission on Communications and Marketing, contributes to Inside Higher Ed's Call to Action blog, and serves on the conference committee for the AMA Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education.

Over the last six years, Tony has presented at over thirty universities and national conferences on topics of innovation, digital leadership, technology, and unconventional leadership. He received the Diamond Honoree Award from the ACPA Foundation, the highest honor of the American College Personnel Association, recognizing transformative contributions to the field (2017) and earned NASPA's 2017 Technology Emerging Practice Award. In addition, Tony has worked over 20 years as a consultant in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, presentation skills, risk-taking, innovation, social media, conflict resolution, and team cohesiveness. Past clients include J&J, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Vistakon, Navigant, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, United Way, Merrill Lynch, Tumi International, and Aventis Pharmaceuticals.
