On September 26th at 12:00pm EST, I sat down, virtually over Google Plus On-Air Hangouts, with Tim Bounds, Senior Director of Strategic Operations and Technology on Student Affairs Live!

Tim and I talked about best practices in partnering with our colleagues in Information Technology, his unique role in Student Affairs Technology, and advice on all things related to technology in our Higher Ed work!  As always, Mike Hamilton helped me by monitoring the backchannel!

If you have any more questions for Tim, please email him directly.  Thanks to all of you who watched this great conversation!
