Andy Shaindlin @alumnifutures is a 24 year veteran of higher education advancement, and former Trustee of CASE (Council for the Advancement & Support of Education). Founder of the website http://alumnifutures.com, he writes, speaks, and (sometimes) consults on issues related to alumni relations, technology, and education. He is the Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations & Annual Giving at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Charlie Melichar @melicharlie is Associate Vice Chancellor for Development and Alumni Relations Communications at Vanderbilt, a position he has held since 2010. He is former Vice President for Public Relations and Communications at Colgate University and Director of Media Relations at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

Andrew Gossen @agossen is the Senior Director for Social Media Strategy in the Division of Alumni Affairs and Development at Cornell University. He joined Cornell in early 2010 to spearhead the integration of social media and mobile technology into the division’s strategic plan. Previously, Andrew spent eight years at the Alumni Association of Princeton University in a number of diverse roles. He also has served CASE on the Commission on Alumni Relations, was co-chair, along with Charlie Melichar, of the CASE Joint Commission Task Force on Social Media, and chaired the 2011 CASE Social Media & Community conference.
